Over 540 people have liked our kickstarter but only 10 people have backed us {Sad face :(  } If you want to see a documentary about Tampa Bay's local living economy then support us this weekend! NO MONEY IS EXCHANGED HANDS OR TAKEN OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT unless we raise the full $18,000. So if you can spare to bet on us this weekend we hope to get more people to bet on us too! The more people that bet by backing our kickstarter the more likely we are to actually acheive our goal! People back projects that other people are backing.

We need help achieving our goal to keep Code Green Community inspiring thousands of people in the Tampa Bay to learn about sustainability and to work together as a community. Only our community can take on the tasks of the future, our government can't do it, and the corporations won't do it for us. Lets work together folks and we can make Tampa bay into a sustainable capital that can shine across the nation showing people what we can do when we organize with permaculture!

When I started this website it was just a dream. A dream that we could connect and work together using the internet to build a movement here in the Tampa Bay area. I have physically volunteered and gone out to various people, groups, organizations, and businesses to spread this dream. I hope that we can create a future for generations to come in the Tampa Bay area to look back and say- We did it. We transitioned away from fossil fuels, we made our people healthier, we gave ourselves meaningful work and employed people doing the necessary work of re-inventing our culture and society. We based our society once more on Ethics- Care of the Earth, Care for People, and Share the Surplus.  We learned to organize in hundreds and in the Thousands to preform a task that seemed immense. We averted a collapse and came together to make our little bio-region into a slice of Eden.
