The American Rainwater Catchment Systems Associations’ 100-Level One-Day Introductory Workshop

 

Become a better steward of our precious water resources! Cut your water bill! Learn more about this emerging green industry!

 

Topics include:

  • Methods and applications, including landscape irrigation and indoor use;
  • Passive rainwater harvesting in rain gardens, green roofs and stormwater management techniques;
  • Active systems using a catchment container;
  • Rainwater disinfection for potable use; and
  • Rainwater collection system maintenance.

seems all events are too far away for me. I am interested in the rainwater collection very much transportation and cost are issues for me. I have a degree in CEDT

Commercial Engineering Drafting Technology, and have ideas for home collection of rainwater. Believe it to be a valuable resource that is wasted as mere runoff and someday we may regret individual collection of vital water.
