- I currently maintain the flowers at the Innisbrook Resort. I like to grow my own vegetables, xeriscape, and search for wild edibles in my free-time. For the last decade, I have had a passion for sustainable living and one day soon I would like to build a 100% sustainable cob house off grid. In the meantime, I am going to school for my BAS in Sustainability Management.
I am a proud member and intern with the USGBC Florida Gulf Coast Chapter and I am interested in becoming a sustainability consultant or coordinator sometime in the near future. My greatest pipe dream would be to have a hand in the collaboration and/or building of an eco-city somewhere in the USA. I would also like to learn canning and preserving. Other than that, I love the great outdoors and I want to help make my community a better place.
