Also wanted to get more detail on what's happening with the local farmer's market.  I'd be interested in being a vendor.  Are there any definite plans in the work's on opening it again?

Hi Rick,  I've suspended my thoughts on energy efficiency changes just now, as I'm dealing with a sinkhole here, and an insurance co. that has denied my claim.  Amazing that they can get away with that when their own engineering firm confirmed a sinkhole!  In any case, I won't do much of anything to this house until it's settled, and even then it's not where I want to stay long term.  Hopefully my next home will be where I look into making such changes.
